Once you book your adventure a start time and departure point will be determined that works for you! The boat and guide are yours for the day and this can be flexible but generally it’s recommended to meet at the boat at 8 am. Once on the water it will be a short ride to where the boat is first anchored and fishing begins.
You will move to various locations throughout the day and if you started at 8 am you will be back at the dock by 4 pm.
-
The boat has a full covered cabin with heater so it’s easy to stay comfortable. Most important is to wear comfortable soft souled shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit wet or dirty.. ie old running shoes. Rain gear is recommended and in summer months wearing shorts is the best bet.
-
Yes! You will have a designated guide for the full duration of your experience.
-
Your guide will have all necessary fishing and safety gear on board but don’t hesitate to bring your own life jacket if you have one the fits well and is preferred. All fishermen must have a valid BC Freshwater Fishing license with a sturgeon stamp. This is available online. Please be sure to have your license prior to arrival. Also bring any snacks, drinks and lunch you would like for the day.
